How can we join your pack?
New pet parents can either register on our Gingr and book an assessment through the platform or you can call us at 416-781-5031 and we can help you setup an account and book the assessment for you!
What are the requirements to bring my dog to daycare?
Vaccinations must be up-to-date to ensure safety and protection for all the dogs in our care. Required vaccines include rabies, Bordetella and DHPP. We are not able to accept dogs who are in heat, but we may be able to accommodate dogs who are not neutered as long as they do not show any signs of humping, domination and aggression. All of which are assessed during the dog’s first day!
How do I know if dog daycare is right for my dog?
If your dog enjoys interacting with other dogs, can follow basic commands, and has no severe aggression issues, daycare can provide exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization.
Is your dog daycare safe?
Yes! During the assessment, we carefully screen dogs for temperament. We also maintain proper staff-to-dog ratios, and follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure environment for all dogs.
Where will my dog potty while they're in daycare?
We incorporated outdoor potty breaks in our daycare schedule at no extra cost!
Does my dog need to be crated or kenneled to board at your facility?
No! Our boarding room offers flexibility for dogs to be able to sleep in a cozy bed!
Will my dog be left alone overnight?
No! A staff will be present 24/7 while your dog boards with us. They will also be part of our play group during the day!
