All of our staff are trained in pet first aid and have completed PACCC-recognized courses in professional pet handling, ensuring every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable care in a safe and loving environment.

Where the love started — and why it continues.
Like many, our story began in the most unexpected way — we brought our loved ones home… and we stayed home with them when the world held on pause. We found ourselves spending every day with our dogs. They weren’t just pets; they were our companions, our comfort, and our joy. They were pampered, spoiled, and showered with love — as they should be.
As life slowly returned to its usual pace and we headed back to work, one thing became clear: our dogs deserved more than just “care” in our absence — they deserved the same affection, attention, and luxury they’d grown to love.
